                摘要:
                采用液態模鍛成形工藝,成形出某特種車輛2A14履帶板;然后分析其金相組織,測試其耐磨性、力學性能和凸起部位的硬度。結果顯示,經過熱處理后,強化相大量彌散分布在晶粒內部和晶界之間,質點產生晶格畸變,履帶板強度和硬度明顯提高,抗拉強度提高602%,屈服強度提高626%;沿水平中心線正方向,履帶板凸起部位的硬度值越來越大,并呈規律分布;履帶板主要受到磨粒磨損,并伴有少量粘著磨損。研究表明,液態模鍛成形的2A14履帶板性能較好,熱處理工藝能夠顯著提高零件綜合性能。
                Abstract:
                A special vehicle 2A14 track plate was formed by liquid die forging forming process.The microstructure was observed and the wear resistance,mechanical properties and the hardness of the protruding part were tested.Experimental results show that,after heat treatment,a large number of strengthening phases are dispersed in the interior of grains and between grain boundaries,resulting in lattice distortion of particles,and remarkably improved strength and hardness of track plate at a 76.8% increase of the tensile strength and a 62.6% increase of the yield strength.In addition,the protruded part of the track plate shows regularly distributed hardness increasing in the positive direction of the horizontal centerline,and mainly abrasive wear accompanied by a small amount of adhesive wear.The results show that the performance of the 2A14 track plate is good,and the heat treatment process can improve the comprehensive performance of the parts significantly.
