                摘要:
                為研究材料在螺旋錐齒輪滾軋成形過程中的流動規律,采用有限元分析法對螺旋錐齒輪滾軋成形過程中的坯料咬合、滾壓分齒、連續滾軋成形及整形4個過程進行模擬分析。結果表明,滾軋成形過程中滾軋輪與目標齒輪需滿足齒輪傳動比運動關系;滾軋輪與坯料初始咬合量的大小對分齒過程有較大影響,最佳咬合量為1 mm左右;在滾軋過程中,材料沿滾軋輪表面流動,逐漸成形出目標齒輪;隨著滾軋成形過程的進行,材料的變形加劇,所需成形載荷增大。
                Abstract:
                In order to study the pattern of material flow in the rolling process of spiral bevel gear, a finite element analysis was conducted of four rolling processes of spiral bevel gear blank occlusion, rolling parting, rolling forming and rolling shaping Simulation results show that the rolling wheel and the target gear need to form the gear ratio motion in the rolling deformation process the initial engagement depth of rolling wheel and billet has a great influence on the gearsplitting forming process with the best engagement depth at about 1mm the material flows along the surface of the rolling wheel to gradually form the forming gear and the deformation of the material becomes more and more serious and the forming load increases with the rolling process
